1️⃣ Booking Confirmation


As soon as you have made your choice in favor of Elena Holidays to book your holiday, we will deliver the relevant confirmation to you via email or WhatsApp, depending on the channel you selected. The booking becomes valid only if you pay partially or fully according to the signed plan. You lose the reservation in case you do not make the payment.

Whilst we endeavor to take your booking in the shortest period possible, they might take time owing to lack of availability. Thus, you should always make sure that you check your plan. In addition, the earlier you make your booking the higher is the possibility of getting the best hotels and services.

2️⃣ Payment Policy Elena Holidays Terms and Conditions


Elena Holidays asks to make advance payments on all their packages. At the time of booking, you would have to make a deposit and the rest of the fare before the travel begins. Although we accept various options of payment, confirmation occurs when our account receives the payment.

Elena Holidays will reserve the right to cancel your booking in case you pay it off. To prevent disappointments, we would request you to adhere to the payment plan that our team members will circulate.

3️⃣ Cancellation Policy


There are instances where plans are subjected to change. The cancellation terms are, however, well clarified in Elena Holidays Terms and Conditions:

  • Tickets reduced 30 days prior to the travel receive 90 percent refund.
  • Refund of 50 percent is given to cancellations, which are made 15-30 days prior to the venture.
  • It does not provide any refund made during the cancellation with just 15 days before travelling.
  • In case of any last moment cancellation, do inform us in written words.

Since there is a tendency to cancel hotel, car bookings, the existence of such policies provides a balance between the parties involved.

4️⃣ Changes & Modifications


We know that passengers might have attractions to switching their reservations. Thus, Elena Holidays gives an opportunity to make changes with availability and extra charges.

Yet you should make all alteration requests 7 days in advance of the trip. In addition, we cannot support last minute changes because of third party vendor constraints.

5️⃣ Hotel & Accommodation


Elena Holidays Terms and Conditions cover reserves of hotels according to availability when booking. Wecan never guarantee to provide the particular hotel of your choice but often will offer other hotels of the same grade of the same hotel group (i.e. in case a specific hotel booked is not available).

The upgrading of a room or any permission of any extra services possible can be charged. That is why it is preferable to tell us your personal preferences during booking itself.

6️⃣ Transportation


You will need transportation as an essential element of your journey. The Elena Holidays Terms and Conditions cover the following transport policies:

  • The vehicles are availed according to package itinerary.
  • Additional use of vehicle beyond the itinerary will include additional costs.
  • Drivers are very strict with the government safety regulations as well as speed limits.
  • In hilly regions air conditioning does not operate as to save the engine of the vehicle.

Besides, vehicle access may be restricted to sightseeing points. During such situations, you might have to walk or at your expense hire local government approved transport.

7️⃣ Force Majeure Conditions

  • Be on time when making sightseeing.
  • Admire local regulations, cultures and traditions.
  • Protect personal stuff.
  • Do not ask the driver to exceed the speed.
